Meet the Owners
Evan
Co-Founder & Head of Programming
Hello Everyone! My name is Evan I am an Owner/Operator at United Athletics Fitness. Welcome to the gym.
I have a degree in psychology and years of hands-on experience coaching athletes of all ages and skill levels, I bring a well-rounded, people-first approach to personal training. I understand not only the physical demands of training but also the mental barriers and motivations that impact long-term success.
Specializing in sustainable strength training, I work with clients ranging from beginners building a foundation to advanced athletes looking to elevate performance. My training philosophy emphasizes proper movement patterns, consistency, and progress that lasts—rather than quick fixes.
In addition to strength training, I integrate mobility and rehabilitation-focused movements to help clients move better, reduce injury risk, and recover effectively. Whether your goal is to gain strength, improve overall fitness, or return safely from injury, I am dedicated to creating individualized programs that support long-term health and performance.

Hello! My name is Stephanie Scott! I am a Wife to my high school sweetheart and mom of Two awesome boys! We have 4 dogs, a hedgehog, 33 chickens and are hoping to get goats this summer!! We enjoy being outside, kayaking, swimming, hiking, & gardening and have also fostered over 40 doggies!! I have been working in the Fitness industry since 2011 and have taught many different group fitness classes throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania!! At a young age I struggled with Body dysmorphia and an eating disorder. As I grew into an adult, I wanted not only to become healthier mentally and physically but also to help others who may be struggling. This is when I dove into the world of Fitness and Nutrition. I hold a Masters Degree in Nutrition and Human performance with a concentration in sports performance, a Bachelor’s Degree in exercise Science, am a certified Personal Trainer and certified in different Group fitness classes! Some Of my favorite classes to teach will challenge you to your core so that you come out feeling empowered about what you can accomplish. Throughout my career I have met the most amazing and inspiring people, and I am blessed that I can share my passion with each of them! My goal is that everyone who leaves my class appreciates how amazing they are, at the level they are at. We all have to start somewhere and you are strong and capable! Learn to Love and Appreciate the differences and Strengths in others and find Joy in what you can accomplish each day!
